Returns or Exchanges
Nothing more makes me happier than a satisfied customer. However, I understand that you may not like your purchase for whatever reason so will accept returns or exhanges which are in original and resalable condition. I only ask that as an independent merchant that items be returned or exchanged in a timely manner. if you need to resize a necklace for example, please contact me at email@example.com.
Please note the following restrictions and guildelnes on returns and exchanges:
- Customized or personalized items are not returnable or exhangeable. No exceptions.
- I will accept PROMPT returns or exchanges of all other items ONLY if they are returned intact, in resalable condition within 15 business days of your receiving the item.
- Due to international customs nightmares, I cannot accept international returns or exchanges.
- Original sale price will be credited. Shipping costs are not refunded however there is no charge for shipping on exchanges.
- Returns must be in adequate packaging to guard against damage.
- Please note that I will NOT accept returns shipped in regular letter envelopes, as they always arrive damaged and unable to be resold. Use a padded envelope or box. No exceptions.
- All returns or exchanges must have a return authorization. Packages sent without a return authorization will be returned to sender.
